Besides social media and mobile devices helping out Journalists, there is another factor that has changed for journalists. Two way communication. Back then the only way to talk to journalists was talking to the tv which guaranteed that no response was ever sent back. Fortunately, with the use of social media, viewers can now communicate with a journalist by commenting on their post. People can comment asking questions or just giving feedback on the journalist.
